The Verisyse™ phakic IOL is the first lens of its kind to receive FDA approval, providing U.S. surgeons with a new option for treating myopic patients who are not candidates for LASIK.

The Verisyse™ lens is suitable for the reduction or elimination of myopia in adults with myopia ranging from -5.0 to -20.0 diopters and in patients aged 21 and over.

The lens design was introduced in Europe more than 17 years ago. More than 150,000 of the lenses have been safely implanted worldwide.

Contraindications:
• CATARACT
• Age below 18 years
• Reasons for the surgical
• Eye of the pathology (irregular pupil, cornea)
• Any toxic pathologies vision (age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy).
