The biocompatibility of ClearGMA™ is achieved through synthesising the compatibility properties of mucin, the body’s natural wetting substance. Clear1-day™ is now available for hypermatropes as well as myopes. The range of powers available to myopes has been extended from -6.00D to -10.00D. A range from +0.50D to +4.00D is available for the hypermatrope. More wearers will therefore be able to benefit from the superior performance of the world’s first biocompatible daily disposable lens.

The lens has a tapered edge design together with a flexible conforming material to optimize comfort, handling and fit. Aspheric optics have been introduced to minimize aberrations, and enhance visual acuity across the power range.
